These operations require robust valves capable of moving <br />automatically. From time to time these valves age, degrade, and lose hydraulic efficiency, <br />requiring replacement. <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on December 7, 2017, on the City's online bid <br />management and publication system. A summary of the bid invitation and bids received is as <br />follows: <br />406 Vendors were notified <br />16 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />3 Bids received <br />0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />Three bids were received and opened on January 3, 2018, and evaluated.
