NO. 17-109) {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 2} – Finance and Management Services <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING <br />STATIONS <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a five-year <br />agreement with Voltaic for the period of February 6, 2018 through January 31, <br />2023, for the purchase, installation, networking, and maintenance warranty for <br />ten electric vehicle charging stations at various City locations in a total amount <br />not to exceed $231,783 plus a contingency of $20,000 for a total amount of <br />$251,783, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-XXX). <br /> <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a five-year <br />Master Services and Subscription Agreement with ChargePoint Inc. for the <br />period of February 6, 2018 through January 31, 2023 for the use of ChargePoint <br />services on the ten electric vehicle charging stations., subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
