Exhibit A-1 <br />Scope of Work Amendment <br />1. District#4 Thornton Park - $5,040 per year or $420 per month <br />1.1 Contractor shall service the decomposed trail one (1) time per month. <br />1.1.1 Contractor shall follow infield maintenance specification for the <br />performance of maintaining the decomposed granite trail. <br />1.1.2 Contractor shall add Gail Materials NexPave Wax Coated Aggregate to the <br />trail to make the trail level and free of depressions, ruts, etc. <br />2. District#4 Jerome Park - $3,600 per year or $300 per month <br />2.1 Contractor shall perform five (5) day per week infield maintenance, per <br />infield maintenance specifications, to Jerome Park infields during Rookie Ball <br />Season (see the Reservations Office for schedule) <br />3. District#4 Centennial Park - $3,410 per year or $284.17 per month <br />3.1 Contractor shall mow the cricket pitch sport turf one (1) time on Friday <br />afternoon, the day before Saturday games. The Contractor shall follow the <br />ball diamond infield sport turf specification in its entirety in the performance <br />of this work. <br />4. District#4 Centennial Park - $7,420 per year or $61.8.34 per month <br />4.1 Contractor shall one (1) time per year renovate the cricket pitch: <br />4.1.1 Contractor shall remove existing cricket pitch turf and sub -base to <br />6"deep. <br />4.1.2 Contractor shall install sandy -loam approved top soil, compact to <br />satisfaction of the Director's Representative and grade level (laser grade <br />quality). <br />4.1.3 Prior to sod installation, Contractor shall irrigate the soil and apply CA <br />Organic Phytaboost 7-1-2 at 600#/acre and CA Organic Compel compost <br />at 300#/acre to the sub -base top soil. <br />4.1.4 Contractor shall hire West Coast Sod to install 1-1/2" West Coast Sod <br />'Bandera' thick cut sod level and roll with a 1.5 ton clean asphalt roller to <br />assure a compacted and level playing surface. <br />4.1.5 Contractor shall top dress finished sod with USDA top dress sand, being <br />careful to fill any seams. <br />4.1.6 Contractor shall hand water the pitch daily until the sod has rooted (can <br />no longer be lifted up by hand), <br />Annual Cost of Amendment - $19,470 <br />Contingency of 10% - $1,947 <br />Total Amendment - $21,417 <br />
