Hulzar <br />Re: Third Extension of Consultant Agreement No. A-2015.247 to Finalize the parking study <br />prepared for the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. <br />Dear Ms. Chow: <br />pursuant to Section Three ("Term") of Agreement A2015-247 entered into by the City of Santa Ana and IBI <br />Group, on June 15, 2016, the parties extended the Agreement for an additional one (1) year period from July <br />1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 (A-2015-247-01). This was followed up on. June 23, 2017, with a second <br />extension of the Agreement for an additional six (6) month period from July 1, 2017 through December 31, <br />2017 (A-2015-247-02). The parties, by operation of this letter, agree to extend the term for a third and final <br />three (3) month extension period from January 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018. A11 insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
