Section 2. The City Council hereby establishes the following pricing structure <br />for the EV charging stations installed throughout the City: <br />$0.25 per Kilowatt hour (kWh) for the first 4 hours <br />$2.00 per hour after the initial 4 hours <br />Section 3. Without further action of the City Council, the above -referenced <br />fees established by this Resolution shall be incorporated into the City's Uniform <br />Schedule of Miscellaneous Fees for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and updated annually. <br />Section 4.
