APPROVAL OF COMMUNITY SERVICES COUNCIL COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> o Community Services Council Committee Minutes of July 24, 2017 was <br /> reviewed and approved as presented. <br /> o Motion by: Councilmember Solorio Second by: Villegas <br /> • Motion approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO COMMUNITY BYLAWS <br /> o Receive and File <br /> o Motion by: Councilmember Solorio Second by: Villegas <br /> 3. SANTA ANA ZOO PROJECT STATUS <br /> o Gerardo Mouet indicated the SA Zoo is 65 years old. The current Master <br /> Plan was approved in 1990. Last year City Council approved $200,000 <br /> prepare a new Master Plan for the Zoo. Consultant is currently working <br /> with staff on the Master Plan that will be presented to City Council in <br /> Youth, Rec. &Comm. Svs. Committee Mtg Page 1 October 23, 2017 <br />
