EXHIBIT 1 <br />Training Services: <br />1. Occupational skills training <br />2. On -the -Job training <br />3. Incumbent worker training <br />4. Programs that combine workplace training with related instruction, which may include <br />cooperative education programs <br />5. Training programs operated by the private sector <br />6. Skill upgrading, and retraining <br />7. Entrepreneurial training programs <br />8. Transitional jobs <br />9. Job readiness training provided in combination with any of the aforementioned training Services. <br />10. Adult education and literacy activities, including activities of English language acquisition, and <br />integrated education and training programs provided concurrently or in combination with any of <br />the aforementioned training services. <br />11, Customized training <br />The ADCC Partner Service Matrix is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />E. RESPONSIBILITY OF ADCC PARTNERS <br />The AJCC partner agrees to the responsibilities required of all partners under WIOA Section 121(b). <br />In addition, to participate in joint planning, plan development, and modification of activities to <br />accomplish the following: <br />1. Continuous partnership building. <br />2. Continuous planning in response to state and federal requirements. <br />3. Responsiveness to local and economic conditions, including employer needs. <br />4. Adherence to common data collection and reporting needs utilizing the State of California <br />Ca1JOBSsM system. <br />Make the applicable service(s) applicable to the partner program available to customers through the <br />one-stop delivery system. <br />Partners agree to the co -enrollment of mutual customers in case management to better leverage the <br />resources available for the benefit of the participant and enhance successful outcomes. <br />Participate in capacity building and staff development activities in order to ensure that all partners <br />and staff are adequately cross -trained <br />Participate in the operation of the one-stop system, consistent with the terms of the MOU and <br />requirements of authorized laws. All partners agree to inform each other immediately when a <br />customer violates an established policy that would require them to be banned from the center or <br />involves police authorities. The Santa Ana AJCC Partner Services is attached hereto as Exhibit B <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />F. CROSS REFERRALS <br />The America's Job Center of California Partners agreed upon referral process will ensure the <br />following: <br />Page 5 of 12 <br />25G-7 <br />
