Team Santa Ana <br />The City continues to face an increasing demand for services and works diligently to fulfill the <br />needs of the community. As an organization, the City continues to develop innovative and <br />efficient methods to deliver services. Continued success in this regard will depend on State and <br />Federal support in the following initiatives. <br />ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH <br />INITIATIVE SUMMARY DEPARTMENT STATE/FEDERAL <br />Cyber Security <br />Support and advocate for <br />Information <br />State/Federal <br />legislation that supports a <br />Technology Agency <br />centralized cyber security <br />management system. <br />Employee <br />Support legislation that maintains <br />Personnel Services <br />State/Federal <br />Health <br />healthcare rates at an affordable <br />Agency <br />and/or market rate value to <br />provide employees with beneficial <br />health coverage. <br />Employee Safety <br />Support and advocate for <br />Personnel Services <br />State/Federal <br />legislation that promotes the <br />Agency <br />safety of employees. <br />Pension Reform <br />Support legislation that preserves <br />Personnel Services <br />State/Federal <br />local authority in designing <br />Agency <br />retirement formulas for <br />employees. <br />
