Mr. Benavides asked for a technical advisory team to provide <br />an update. <br />3.0 Potential Joint Use Facility Projects: <br />• Segerstrom High School <br />• Lights <br />• Baseball /Batting Cages <br />• Godinez Pool <br />• Godinez Sports Facility <br />Mr. Palacio stated that unlike classrooms, labs and other academic facilities, sports facilities are not <br />matched by state school construction bonds. Council to prioritize and continue discussion — develop bond master <br />plan. Mr. Monet stated that item 8.0 is related to a park bond scheduled for June; City and District should <br />brainstorm non -capitol grants. <br />4.0 Traffic Lights / School Safety <br />• Crossing Guards <br />• Grand Avenue and Chestnut — Turn Signal <br />• Fairview and Centennial — Traffic Light Adjustment (Godinez High School) <br />Ms. Kurtz stated nothing has been proposed; City will continue to look at and conduct a safety study. <br />However, District is to contact the City with any safety issues. <br />5.0 Santa Ana Stadium <br />• Fees <br />• Santa Ana High School <br />• Graduation <br />• Vendor / Food Sales <br />District is requesting to work together, and be given the opportunity to sell food at the stadium like Mater <br />Dei does. Mr. Mouet is to meet with Dr. Heatley and District is to provide City with a list of who uses facilities <br />at no charge. <br />13B-16 <br />
