j City of Santa Ana Recycled Water Waster Plan <br />model build, calibration and additional recycled water demand, Such an <br />analysis assessment will consist of the following.: <br />2. Model data files The TRHA Team will evaluate potential <br />recycled water demands and users. The <br />li. MASTER PLAN users that we will evaluate will consist: <br />A. TRHA will prepare a Recycled Water <br />Master Plan, also referred to as the <br />Implementation Plan, which will address the <br />City's goals for the recycled water master <br />plan. The hydraulic model developed in the <br />previous section will be utilized, as <br />appropriate, to support the findings and/or <br />recommendations of the master plan. The <br />master plan will, at minimum, contain the <br />following: <br />I. Existing Recycled Water System <br />This section will include a discussion and <br />summarization of the existing 'recycled <br />water system. The agencies involved <br />sources of supply, distribution facilities, <br />users and demand, and general condition of <br />facilities. <br />A Recycled Wafer Source <br />Evaluation <br />During development of the Master Plan the <br />TRHA Team will evaluate both the quantity <br />and quality of recycled water available to <br />the City. Our preliminary investigation has <br />identified that in addition to the GAP, the <br />Orange County Water District has an <br />additional pipeline that traverses the City <br />that provides groundwater recharge water <br />as part of OCWD's Groundwater Recharge <br />System (GWRS) to spreading basins at the <br />91 and 55 Freeways. The TRHA Team will <br />work with City staff to explore the feasibility <br />Of using this additional recycled water <br />sources. The purpose of this section is to <br />identify the availability, or lack thereof, of <br />source water to meet current and future <br />needs. <br />iii.
