Add a note on the tentative map to read "Construction/installation/repair of all the improvements required for this project will be constructed at the sole expense of the applicant as outlined in the mitigation measures from EIR, water study and the DP No. 2016-06. All improvements shall be in accordance with City design standards and specifications, the Santa Ana Municipal Code." Add a note to the tentative map to read "Install 24" Box Street trees every 35' per the City Standards and approved plan, as needed per the City Standards and the approved street improvement plans.
