Further, the applicant Is requesting approval of <br />a tentative tract reap In order to allow a 1.61 -acre site to be subdivided into a 32 -graft <br />development, a 316 -acre site to be subdivided into a 52 -unit development, and a 1,37 -site to be <br />developed with 38 townhome units.
