Revise the tentative map to depict minimum 10' clearance on either side <br />of proposed and/or existing public water, sewer and storm drain mains. <br />6. Revise the tentative plan to depict and note dedication of Standard Street <br />to be of ultimate width of 64 feet. <br />7. Add a note to the tentative map to read "The Applicant must submit an <br />application to abandon the entire width of Breeden Street between Third <br />Street and Fourth Street, and Third Street between Standard Avenue and <br />Breeden Street." <br />8. Add a note on the tentative map to read "Construction/installation/repair of <br />all the improvements required for this project will be constructed at the <br />sole expense of the applicant as outlined in the mitigation measures from <br />EIR, water study and the DP No. 2016-06. All improvements shall be in <br />accordance with City design standards and specifications, the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code." <br />9. Add a note on the tentative map to read "This project will process and <br />record CC&Rs for the maintenance and cost sharing responsibility the <br />future common utility facilities serving this site, including but not limited to <br />private water, fire, irrigation, sewer, drainage, etc." <br />10. Revise the tentative map to depict and note all recommended mitigations <br />per the approved Site Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). <br />11. Revise the tentative map to depict and note all recommended mitigations <br />per the approved run-off study. <br />12. Revise the tentative map to depict and note the construction of new wheel <br />chair ramps with landing per City Standard No. 1122 at all public and <br />private street corners. <br />13. Revise the tentative map to depict and note the construction of all existing, <br />proposed, public and private street fronting and within the project site with <br />full depth rubberized asphalt pavement per City standards and approved <br />street improvement plans. <br />14.
