1. Reject bids from Municipal Maintenance Equipment, Inc., as nonresponsive; <br />one bid was for a 2017 model year truck and one offered an unacceptable <br />alternative power train system. <br />2. Authorize a one-time purchase and payment of purchase order to Plumbers <br />Depot Inc. for the procurement of one 2018 jetter vacuum truck, in the amount <br />of $521,635 plus a $10,430 contingency for a total amount not to exceed $532,065, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />PROJECTS/CHANGE ORDERS <br />23A. ACCEPT CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION AND APPROVE FINAL <br />EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR THE PACIFIC ELECTRIC PARK PROJECT - <br />(PROJECT NO. 14-7513) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1G} — Public Works Agency; <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency; and Community Development Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION. Accept the work as completed and approve the final <br />expenditure report for the construction of the Pacific Electric Park project. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />25A. AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR A RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN <br />(NONGENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5,21 - Public Works Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with T.R. Holliman for the three-year period <br />beginning February 20, 2018, and expiring February 19, 2021, with provisions for a <br />two-year renewal option exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in an <br />amount not to exceed $200,000 for the term of the agreement, including a $176,300 <br />project fee and a contingency amount of $23,700, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018 -XXX). <br />2513. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL MONITORING SERVICES <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4,11 - Community Development Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with MDG Associates, Inc., beginning February <br />21, 2018 and expiring June 30, 2018, with provisions for two, one-year extensions <br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in an annual amount not to <br />exceed $30,000 annually, for a total amount not to exceed $90,000 over a three-year <br />period, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT.
