OC Public Works, OC Sheriffs will put something together; City plans to bring park Rangers dedicated <br /> to homelessness and public health issues; City is to include School Police in monthly meetings related to <br /> homelessness. At some point City and District are to re-visit homeless shelter. <br /> 7.1 Cross Agency Communication <br /> • Upcoming events <br /> • Public Awareness Campaign <br /> Collaboration to continue with new City Manager; interest to put strategies and structures in place. Ms. <br /> Amezcua proposed to meet twice a year with School Board and City Council. <br /> 8.0 Possible Joint Grants <br /> This item was discussed earlier in meeting. <br /> 9.0 WiFi Update <br /> City will get a consultant to see how they can work with District and find locations for fiber optics. District <br /> is looking at new products; e-rate; emerging technologies. <br /> 10.0 Update: Community Enrichment Program <br /> Proposed partnership 6-9pm pilot; same agreements are being worked on and reviewed by legal counsel; <br /> Draft Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> 11.0 Youth Services Supervisor Position Update <br /> Mr. Benavides provided information on new parks and recreation position. This position will be a liaison <br /> between School District and non-profit organizations and is to work in collaboration. <br />
