A message left in the mailbox will notify ATG technicians and prompt a call <br />back. A voicemail left after hours will prompt a response within 2 hours of being <br />received. <br />On -Site Support: <br />If existing issues cannot be resolved by phone or remote support, a Service <br />Technician may need to travel to the jobsite to determine needs and repair. If <br />such services are needed, an ATG Technician will be on-site within 24 hours of an <br />approved request for service. <br />
