Proposal No. 2669.01 Water Enterprise Alternative Energy Feasibility Study 1-5 <br />energy use analyses, measurement and verification, and contractor oversight for Institutional, commercial, and <br />Industrial facilities. He currently leads NAM's efforts to provide project development and technical support for <br />public sector clients in SCE and SCG territory. Leveraging this experience in working closely with schools and the <br />IOUs, Mr. Clarke also consults for the SoCal Regional Energy Network, a program designed to complement <br />existing IOU energy efficiency services and assist participating agencies with converting technical <br />recommendations into implemented projects. Mr. Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering <br />from Lehigh University, Bethlehem. <br />Kyle S. Manahan, P,E., Director, will provide engineering and technical support for all activities associated with <br />the program. Mr. Manahan has provided feasibility analyses, technical review, and cost/benefit calculations of <br />PV systems sized 1MW and above to multiple K-12 Districts, Community College Districts and municipalities <br />throughout California. Fie will be fully available for the duration of the project. He holds a Master of Civil <br />Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. <br />Luis Cecco, LEED GA, Energy Engineer, will provide engineering and project management support for all work <br />associated with this proposal. Mr. Cecco has worked extensively in Mexico, both as a project manager for the <br />Cuzcatlan Mining Company in Oaxaca, and supporting the Grupo Construccciones Planificadas' energy efficiency <br />and renewable generation efforts in Hermosillo. Mr. Cecco holds a Masters in Natural Resources and <br />Environment — Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Engineering In Civil and <br />Environmental Engineering from the Techilogico De Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, <br />Justin Munda, Energy Engineer, will also provide engineering support for all work associated with this proposal. <br />Mr. Munda is specifically experienced in the development and analysis of energy efficiency and renewable <br />generation projects, and has been providing these services on behalf of the California Community Colleges - <br />Investor Owned Utility (CCC -IOU) Statewide Energy Efficiency Partnership and other clients. Mr. Munda holds a <br />Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. <br />Daniela Aramayo, Project Manager, will provide project management support for all Energy Engineering and <br />Climate Action Planning tasks, with a focus on data collection, benchmarking and performance monitoring, and <br />reporting. Ms.Aramayo is responsible for contributing to the development and management of energy <br />efficiency and renewable programs and projects, and has played a key role in supporting California statewide <br />energy efficiency Partnerships and supporting sustainability efforts at a wide variety of facilities.
