Hulzar <br />SUBJECT: PROJECT NO. 15-6447: WEST GROVE VALLEY NEIGHBORHOOD <br />WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />The following changes/clarifications have been made to the specifications of the subject project: <br />Specifications <br />NOTICE INV ITINO BIDS, Page v: <br />COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT <br />For projects with bids greater than $250,000 for prime multi -trade construction contracts <br />(including all subcontractors) and over $100,000 for specialty contracts (contracts either <br />limited to a single trade or craft or limited to a singular scope of :work), the <br />CONTRACTOR shall adhere to the CITY'S Community Workforce Agreement (CWA). <br />This project is considered a multi trade contract. The CWA is a pre -hire collective <br />bargaining agreement, which establishes the labor relations policies and procedures for <br />CONTRACTOR to follow in the crafts persons employed to complete the WORK OF <br />IMPROVEMENT as more fully described in the CWA. The CWA is incorporated by <br />reference in the Construction Contract.
