February 7, 2018 <br />ARTICLE X: CONFIDENTIALITY <br />1. Technology Unlimited Incorporated shall hold and maintain as strictly confidential all information <br />concerning the business of CITY OF SANTA ANA, CITY OF SANTA ANA'S financial affairs, CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA'S customers, relations with clientele and employees, as well as any other <br />information which may be specifically classified as confidential by CITY OF SANTA ANA. An <br />executed Confidentiality & Security Agreement is a part of this agreement with its terms and <br />conditions superseding any like terms in this Equipment Maintenance Agreement. <br />ARTICLE XI: LAWFULNESS <br />1. If a court or a governmental agency with proper jurisdiction determines that any provision of this <br />Agreement is unlawful, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect. <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />1. This document and the Confidentiality & Security Agreement constitutes the whole contract <br />between the parties. The contract shall not be modified or amended except by written amendment, <br />executed by both parties. All notices required be given hereunder shall be deemed to be <br />sufficiently given if mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, to the address noted below. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have entered into this contract dated this 7 day <br />of February . 2018 "Start Date".
