True, correct and complete copies of the Lease and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto are attached hereto mid the <br />Lease, as so amended, modified and supplemented, is in full force and effect, and represents the entire agreement between Tenant and <br />Landlord with respect to the Premises and the Property.
