Separation Requirements <br />(a) No Adult -Use commercial cannabis fetail business shall be located within <br />1,000 feet of any: <br />(1) School (K-12) as defined by Section 11362.768 of the Health and Safety <br />Code; or <br />(2) Park; or <br />(3) Existing Residential zones in place on November 4. 2014. <br />(b) No commercial Adak-tlse cannabis retail business shall be located within 500 <br />feet of another retail cannabis business, except for permitted co -location. <br />Section 40-7. Exception <br />Commercial cannabis cultivation is expressly prohibited in all zones and all <br />specific plan areas in the City; provided, however, that six (6) plants per private <br />residence may be cultivated indoors within a legally permitted structure for personal use <br />in compliance with Section 18-620 (e) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and all <br />applicable local and State regulations. <br />Section 40-8.
