e. Contracts with other businesses regarding commercial cannabis business <br />retail activity. <br />Permits, licenses, and other local authorizations to conduct the <br />commercial cannabis business retail activity. <br />g. Security records. <br />h. Proof of building ownership or landlord letter acknowledging business <br />type. <br />Proof of insurance. <br />3. Operational Standards for All Adult Use Commercial Cannabis <br />Business Retail Activities <br />a. The location, interior and exterior, shall be monitored at all times by web - <br />based closed circuit television for security purposes. The camera and recording system <br />must be of adequate quality, color rendition and resolution to allow the ready <br />identification of any individual committing a crime anywhere on or adjacent to the <br />location. The recordings shall be maintained unaltered in a secure location for a period <br />of not less than ninety (90) days. The police department may request the recordings in <br />connection with an investigation. <br />b. All controlled access areas, security rooms and all points of <br />ingress/egress to limited access areas and all point of sale (POS) areas shall have fixed <br />camera coverage capable of identifying activity occurring within a minimum of twenty <br />(20) feet. <br />C. The surveillance system storage device or cameras shall be transmission <br />control protocol/TCP capable of being accessed through the internet by the police <br />department or their designee on request. <br />d. T v --If applicable, the applicant shall conduct and pay for any required <br />CEQA reviews and analyses, and pay for all costs, including those of the City, <br />associated with project review under CEQA. <br />e. Adult Use Commercial cannabis retail businesses shall create and <br />maintain an active account within the State's track and trace system prior to <br />commencing any commercial cannabis retail activity. In the event of system failure, the <br />business shall keep a hard copy record and transfer the information to the track and <br />trace system within 24 hours of the system being available. <br />Ordinance No. NS -XXX <br />Page 14 of 35 <br />75B-24 <br />
