Zoning Compliance and Regulatory Safety Permit <br />Requirements <br />Commercial Ad, -'tee cannabis retail activities are expressly prohibited in all <br />zones in the City of Santa Ana; however, specific commercial cannabis Petah <br />businesses are allowed as a special use in the Industrial zone (M-1, M-2).
