PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF ZOO MASTER PLAN <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 2, 2E) — Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Agency <br />The following spoke on the matter: <br />• Armando Arementa, expressed support for the Master Zoo Plan; Zoo is <br />a gem in Orange County and tremendous improvements made in the <br />last ten years. <br />• Cathi Decker, thanked City Council for starting the Master Zoo Plan and <br />for their support. <br />• Michele Lerison, opined folks are appreciative to be included in the <br />Master Strategic Plan process. <br />• Laruen Bergh, opined there are two types of community visitors, one that <br />recognizes and visits the Zoo for the past 65 years and the other that <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 10 MARCH 6, 2018 <br />1OB-10 <br />
