Opined <br />needle exchange programs have been an effective and low cost public health method <br />for reducing infectious disease transmission as well as an effective means of used <br />needle retrieval. <br />90A. CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />City Manager Godinez, noted Emergency Response Team CERT, Santa <br />Ana Police Department, Orange County Fire Authority, and the American <br />Red Cross will be conducting a variety of community trainings during the <br />month of March and informed City won the Berkeley Springs International <br />Water Tasting competition. <br />90B.
