ARTICLE VII <br />7.0 OVERTIME PAY <br />7.1 Compensation for Overtime. Employees in any of the designated classifications of <br />employment listed in this MOU are not eligible for monetary compensation for overtime <br />work or for compensatory time off with pay for overtime work, unless so required by the <br />Fair Labor Standards Act, or any other State or Federal laws. <br />18 <br />
