4.3 It is intent of the parties that no additional paid time off shall be gained or lost as a result <br />of implementing any alternate work schedules. The City and SAMA agree to meet and <br />confer to discuss abandoning any work schedule and implementing an alternate work <br />schedule if the current schedule has not achieved the desired results. <br />
