HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. 2017-19, HISTORIC <br />REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2017-28 AND HISTORIC PROPERTY <br />PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-33. <br />(Property: 927 West Twentieth Street – E.A. Swanson House) <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on October 27, 2017 and notices <br />mailed October 27, 2017. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Soto provided a presentation which included the history of the property, <br />project description and overview of the architectural style. Discussion ensued regarding <br />the large tree in front of the property and the property’s paint colors. The applicant spoke <br />in support of recommended action and provided additional information on the property. <br />Chairperson Christy opened the Public Hearing. There were no speakers and the hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1.
