Huizar <br />Pursuant to Section 3 {"Term"} of Agreement No. A-2017-158, entered into by ACCO Engineered <br />Systems and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 20, 2017, the parties opted to extend the Agreement <br />for an additional three months, through the period ending March 31, 2018. The parties, by <br />operation of this letter, choose to exercise their option for a second and final extension of the <br />Agreement through July 31, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
