Furthermore, as part of our on- <br />going business practice, CHS maintains sensitive and confidential materials, <br />records and information in a secure manner since we recognize that it is <br />critical to guard information so that person(s) to which information pertains <br />are not unduly exposed to financial or personal risk. <br />CHS maintains all records, including payroll reports and other required <br />reports in an audit -ready format. Such records are available immediately <br />upon the receipt of a written request by Client Agency staff. <br />Responsiveness/Accessibility <br />All CHS staff is available by telephone and e-mail, during business hours (8: <br />00 am to 5:00 pm), on a daily basis (Monday - Friday), to respond quickly, <br />clearly and thoroughly to all Federal wage compliance requirement issues <br />and questions from our Client Agencies.
