EXEMPT FROM FEES PURUSANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 6103 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Conditions of Approval of Historic Exterior Modification Application No. <br />2017-01 <br />Historic Exterior Modification Application No. 2017-01 is approved subject to <br />compliance to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with the <br />following conditions. The Applicant must comply with the conditions listed below <br />prior to exercising the rights conferred by the Certificate of Appropriateness <br />(Historic Exterior Modification Application No. 2017-01). <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, a plaque per City <br />Standard shall be displayed on the exterior of the structure. <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, landscaping shall be <br />installed on site. A view corridor enabling the general public to see the <br />Historic Property from the public right-of-way shall be maintained. The <br />Applicant and any future Owners shall not be permitted to block the view <br />corridor to the Historic Property with shrubbery, so as to prevent the <br />viewing of the Historic Property by the public. <br />r� <br />L <br />Resolution No. 2018-01 <br />Exhibit B Page 6 of 6 <br />
