CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2018-02 TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN <br />APPROXIMATELY 46,000 SQUARE FOOT CAMPUS FOR CHRIST OUR SAVIOR <br />PARISH LOCATED AT 2000 WEST ALTON AVENUE <br /> <br /> Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on March 2, 2018 and notices <br />mailed on March 2, 2018. <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Contreras-Leo and Commissioner Nguyen disclosed that they are Christ Our <br />Savior Parish members. <br /> <br />Case Planner Guevara provided a presentation which included a description of the project, <br />project background and project analysis. Reverend Steve Correz and the applicant, David <br />Pfiefer, spoke in support of the matter. Discussion ensued regarding the Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program, construction hours, the location of construction equipment, and <br />current signage. Commission expressed support for the project.
