HISTORIC EXTERIOR MODIFICATION APPLICATION NO. 2017-01 TO MODIFY THE <br />EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE AT 2115 NORTH MAIN STREET FOR USE AS AN <br />EATING ESTABLISHMENT AND HISTORIC EXTERIOR MODIFICATION APPLICATION <br />NO. 2017-02 TO RELOCATE THE STRUCTURE FROM 2056 NORTH BUSH STREET <br />TO 2123 NORTH MAIN STREET AND MODIFY THE EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE <br />FOR USE AS AN EATING ESTABLISHMENT – NET DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, <br />APPLICANT <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on January 12, 2018 and notices <br />mailed January 11, 2018. <br /> <br />Case Planner Kelaher provided a presentation which included a review of the applicant’s <br />request, overview of the project, project description, project analysis and findings, and <br />reviewed mitigation measures. Discussion ensued regarding the new glass panel wood <br />doors, proposed wall on Main Street, and potential blocking of view corridor. <br /> <br />Chairperson Christy opened the Public Hearing. The following spoke on the matter: <br /> <br /> PJ Jahangiri, home owner, spoke in support. <br /> Kevin Coleman, applicant, spoke in support.
