Also address integrity)
The Eastin House is architecturally significant as a characteristic example of the Queen Anne style. This house was originally
constructed in 1907 at an undetermined location, and was moved to its current location on March 28, 1930. At the time of
relocation, the house was owned by Walter O. Scott, and the occupant was Nicholas E. Eastin, a painter. Eastin lived at the
residence until 1940, when Walter and Mary J. Scott moved in upon their retirement. Walter and his wife occupied the
property until at least 1950. From 1952-1964, Mary is listed as the only occupant.
(See Continuation Sheet 3 of 3.)
B11. Additional Resource Attributes: (List attributes and codes)
*1312.
