Why should the city of SA be <br />the dumping grounds for most of the homeless on Orange County!?? Our city already has a bad reputation and we don't <br />any more reasons to make it worse! The residents of SA deserve better! Our kids deserve better just like Irvine and LH, <br />CM and HB! Our children can't even visit our own public library due to the mess that the homeless have created in that <br />area. It's shameful and an embarrassment to our community! Enough] We want our city representatives to do theirjob <br />and start taking care of our city! The residents of SA are not second class citizens!
