The services to government agencies include <br />providing day -today administration services for the Community Development Block Grant.(CDBG), <br />Home Investment 'Partnerships .Act (HOME), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), and <br />Homelessness 'Prevention and. Rapid Rehousing Programs (HPRP.).
