Clerk of the Council Huizar, noted that deadline for Arguments can be set <br />for March 27, 2018 and Rebuttals on April 6, 2018. <br />City Attorney Carvalho, noted this would be time to identify who would be <br />the author or authorized signer if four or more councilmembers desire to <br />draft an argument for one side or another. <br />Councilmember Tinajero, asked Councilmember Vicente Sarmiento to draft <br />the document. <br />Councilmember Benavides, asked if there were more than three <br />Councilmembers signing an argument would it require an action taken in <br />public due to potential Brown Ac violations.
