Carter and other Orange County Leaders,
I am a resident of Santa Ana and I am outraged that the other cities in our great county are refusing to assist in the homeless crisis.
Like Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and every other city, our children deserve a safe walk to school. We deserve clean parks and public areas,
and we deserve the same consideration for how the homeless population affects our day-to-day lives. One city should not carry the
burden of an entire county.
I have always been proud to say that I live and work in Santa Ana, but if we are continued to be treated as second-class citizens to
those who reside in Irvine, Laguna, and other such places, my enthusiasm for my city and it's leadership will be greatly diminished.
Please represent me and the thousands of other tax -paying, voting, and law-abiding citizens of Santa Ana by showing your support in
this matter.
Harrison Zierer
