The purpose of the continuation was to provide additional time for the applicant and <br />to address the adjacent property's concerns with traffic circulation and access. The City Council <br />was particularly interested in exploring a secondary ingress/egress on the north property line. <br />Since the hearing, the applicant has made attempts to contact adjacent ownership to resolve <br />vehicular access concerns. However, the adjacent property owner to the north of the subject site <br />has not responded to the applicant's communications. In order to have access to the north site, as <br />requested by concerned parties, an easement would have to be granted by ownership to the north. <br />As of today's date, no changes to the project plans have been made.
