• June 18, 2015 - Provided updated information and right of way process to the Delhi <br />Neighborhood Association at their regular scheduled neighborhood meeting <br />• July 23, 2015 - Provided updated information Delhi Neighborhood Association and other <br />interested parties. <br />• September 1, 2015 - City Council adopted The Environmental Impact Report. <br />• June 8,2017 — Provided updated information to Delhi Neighborhood Association and other <br />interested parties. <br />• October 24, 2017 — Provide updated information to Delhi Neighborhood Association and <br />other interested parties. <br />As the process for implementing the Project advances, the City will observe the following <br />protocol: <br />1. Provide affected tenants with full and timely access to documents relevant to the <br />relocation program; <br />2. Encourage meaningful participation in reviewing the relocation plan and monitoring the <br />relocation assistance program; including the occupants in the Project area, neighborhood <br />groups and community organizations forming a relocation committee; <br />3. Provide technical assistance necessary to interpret elements of this Plan and other <br />pertinent materials; <br />4. Issue a general notice concerning the availability of the Plan for public review, as required, <br />3o days prior to its proposed adoption; <br />G. Projected Dates of Displacement <br />The City has approved acquisition and relocation activities, which began in September 2017 and <br />would be completed no later than the fall of 2018, with construction scheduled to begin in spring <br />of 2019, and the Project is anticipated to be completed by Winter of 2019. <br />H. Estimated Relocation Costs <br />The total budget estimated for relocation -related payments for this Project, including a 10% <br />contingency, is as follows: <br />Relocation: $ 1,734,834 (escalated) <br />Contingency at 20%: t 3.46,966 <br />Total: $ 2,0811800 <br />The estimated relocation budget does not include any payments related to property acquisition, <br />improvements pertaining to realty, or loss of business goodwill. In addition, the budget does not <br />consider the cost of any services necessary to implement the Plan and complete the relocation <br />element of the Project. <br />If the Project is to be implemented, and circumstances arise that change the number of residential <br />and business occupants or the nature of their activity, the City would authorize any additional, <br />compensable funds that may need to be appropriated.
