MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with Straightline Communications LLC for a three-year <br />period beginning April 3, 2018, and expiring April 2, 2021, with a provision <br />for a two-year renewal exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, <br />in the amount not to exceed $70,000 annually, including an annual lump <br />sum fee of $15,500 for preparation of the annual report and up to $54,500 <br />for annual auxiliary services for the term of the agreement, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(AGMT. No. 2018-086). <br />25F. Authorize the City Manager, City Attorney, and Clerk of the Council to <br />exercise a one-year renewal period for maintenance and support of the <br />secure bike parking facilities. <br />2. Amend the compensation for the Agreement with Acire, Inc., in the <br />amount of $7,310 for the remainder of the 2017118 Fiscal Year, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-087). <br />25G. APPROVE AN EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT WITH VANIR <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC FOR A JAIL REUSE STUDY OF THE <br />SANTA ANA JAIL {STRATEGIC PLAN GOAL NO. 1, 51 - City Manager's Office <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />extend a one-year agreement by four months with Vanir Construction <br />Management, Inc. for a Jail Reuse Study of the Santa Ana Jail, for the <br />period of April 4, 2018 through July 31, 2018, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
