Opined <br />City has a responsibility in stewarding public land and public land should give community <br />benefit. Asked City <br />Council to provide additional time to the community to meet with city staff and <br />Councilmembers. <br />90A. CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />City Manager Raul Godinez, highlighted upcoming bike rodeo event and <br />community budget meeting. <br />90B. CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Jose Solorio, <br />• Thanked staff and attendees to Cesar Chavez beautification event and staff <br />and Councilmembers who attended point and count event. <br />• Directed staff to provide number of call for service for prostitution and related <br />issues along the Harbor corridor. <br />Councilmember Juan Villegas, <br />• Echoed statements made by Councilmember Solorio. Need to address <br />problem. <br />Councilmember David Benavides, <br />• Noted newly appointed directors to Community Development Agency and <br />Planning and Building Agency, and Youth Services Supervisor. <br />• Directed staff to schedule meeting with Youth Services Director. Noted <br />diversity of Santa Ana community and upcoming art walk event. <br />Councilmember Vicente Sarmiento, <br />• Echoed statements made by Councilmembers Benavides. <br />• Noted newly added communication firm, upcoming census count issues, <br />upcoming code of ethics presentation. <br />Councilmember Sal Tinajero, <br />• Echoed statements made by Councilmember Sarmiento.
