Project complies with MEMU Design Principles, <br />and supports goals and objectives of the City's <br />Strategic Plan <br />Setback variance supported - Purpose of <br />increased setback is to provide Fire Authority <br />access. The required 10 ft. setback would restrict <br />fire access and render project infeasible. <br />Parking variance not supported - Street parking <br />does not exist, overflow parking is very limited in <br />vicinity, the 2 spaces per unit will satisfy parking <br />demand for project and will minimize potential <br />parking problems in area. <br />
