PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />EXTENDED COVERAGE ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL. GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the provisions of the coverage form apply <br />unless modified by the endorsement. <br />1. UNINTENTIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS <br />The following is added to Condition 6. "Representations" of SECTION IV - CONDITIONS: <br />However, coverage afforded under this Coverage Part will not be adversely affected by any inadvertent <br />error or omission made by you in describing your premises or operations for the purpose of obtaining <br />this insurance. When such an inadvertent error or omission is discovered, you must notify us as soon <br />as practicable. The policy premium will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the description of the <br />premises or operations had no error or omission occurred. <br />2. INCREASED LIMITS FOR BAIL BONDS AND REASONABLE EXPENSES <br />Paragraphs 1.b. and 1.d. of SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS - COVERAGES A AND B of SECTION <br />I - COVERAGES are replaced by the following: <br />1. We will pay, with respect to any claim we investigate or settle, or any "suit" against an insured <br />we defend: <br />b. Up to $1,500 for the cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law violations <br />arising out of the use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability Covera applies.
