If, at any point, the Plan Sponsor makes the decision to adjudicate Plan participant claims, all claims and substantiation submitted to TASC by Plan pafticipants shall be forwarded to the Plan Sponsor for review prior to payment of the claim by TASC. If Plan Sponsor does not reject the claim within three (3) business days of receiving the forwarded claim, TASC shall pay the claim. TASC reserves the right to request a deposit or payment if the Estimated Claims Fee determined on the Application is, or is likely to be less than the amount necessary to process Plan benefits. TASC will require a deposit or payment for negative Plan participant account balances or potential negative Plan participant account balances upon termination of the Plan. B.
