D. It is the Plan Sponsor's responsibility to educate and inform Plan participants on <br />the services being provided, including the delivery of administration materials <br />(where needed) as welt as compliance documents (e.g., Summary Plan <br />Description). The Plan Sponsor is responsible for executing and retaining the <br />Business Associate Agreement (where applicable) provided in the administration <br />materials. <br />4. Financial Responsibility of the Plan Sponsor <br />A. Responsibility for payment of all Plan benefits lies with the Plan Sponsor. All Plan <br />benefits are paid from the general assets of the Plan Sponsor. Unless an alternative <br />method of payment is mutually agreed upon by the parties, TASC Fees will be <br />collected from the Plan Sponsor via ACH transaction and the Plan Sponsor hereby <br />authorizes TASC to initiate credit/debit entries to the bank account indicated in <br />the Plan Application and fiirther authorizes the Plan Sponsor's batik to debit the <br />same to such account. If for any reason, TASC does not receive payment for any <br />TASC fees detined on the Application within ten (10) business days of the <br />Expected Date of Receipt TASC may place all Plan processing on hold until all <br />past due TASC fees are paid. TASC reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee <br />for all debit entries that reject for insufficient f nds or closed accounts. This <br />authority will remain in full force until TASC has received written notification <br />from the Plan Sponsor of its termination of this authority in such time and in such <br />manner as to afford TASC and the Plan Sponsor's bank a reasonable opportunity <br />to act on it. It is understood that the purpose of this authorization is to provide a <br />means of payment for the administrative services provided to the Plan Sponsor by <br />4 <br />
