Exhibit C <br />Public Services <br />The two proposed parks are much needed in underserved areas of Santa Ana. The police and fire <br />departments will be contacted to identify related service needs. <br />Traffic and Transportation <br />Parks of this size and character are anticipated to generate very limited vehicular traffic, which will he <br />noted in the Initial Study. These parks will be accessed by pedestrians from the adjacent neighborhoods. A <br />traffic study is not warranted. <br />Utilities and Service Systems <br />These small parks will create limited demand for utilities, which will be reviewed briefly in the Initial Study, <br />Cost Estimate <br />Table 1 presents our cost estimate based on our understanding of the project and the scope of work <br />outlined above.
