Each potential displaced <br />occupant was given written notification regarding the Plan's availability and an <br />opportunity to submit questions or comments. <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the requirements for <br />moving and re-establishing the displaced residential and business occupants, and <br />to demonstrate the level of advisory and financial assistance that will be provided. <br />I, Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for appropriate <br />replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation costs to be approximately <br />$2,081,800. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase 1 of the Warner Avenue widening plan between Main <br />Street and Oak Street. A copy of the Plan will be available in the City's Public Works <br />Agency. <br />Section 3. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br />prepared Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2012101004_) approved by the <br />City Council on September 1, 2015. <br />Section 4.
