<br />Terry was appointed Interim Director for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes an two
<br />separate occaslons. In both Instances, this was to fill a staff vacancy on the City's
<br />Executive Management Team. The first assignment was as Director of Community
<br />Development which consisted of planning, building, code enforcement and view
<br />preservation. The second assignment ores as the Director of Publlc WOrkS which
<br />Included the City's Engineering and Public Works Divisions. In both assignments, Terry
<br />reported to the City Manager and represented the Department at City Council and
<br />Planning Commission meetings. Terry provided leadership, overall direction and
<br />mentaring to Staff while assisting the City In recruiting a permanent Director.
<br />City Engineer Bell, CA
<br />Interwest has been supporting the eiiy of Bell since November 2010. Terry began
<br />working with the city In December 2011, providing engineering services, which included
<br />managing all of the City's engineel'ing, project management, traffic and construction
<br />management. This was an Opportunity to a5slst Bell in its recovery process. He works
<br />closely with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and deliver quality plan
<br />reviews to the City.
