PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO THIRD PARTIES <br />A. If we cancel this policy for any reason other than non-payment of premium, we will provide 30 days <br />notification (except 15 days for non-payment of premium) to the persons or organizations shown in <br />the Schedule below. In no event does the notice to the third party exceed the notice to the first <br />named insured. <br />B. This notification of a pending cancellation of coverage is intended as a courtesy only. Our failure to <br />provide such advance notification will not extend the policy cancellation date nor negate cancellation <br />of the policy. <br />SCHEDULE <br />All certificate holders where written notice of the cancellation of this policy is required by written contract, <br />permit or agreement with the Named Insured or those entities the Named Insured has responsibility to <br />place this insurance for, and whose names and addresses will be provided by the broker or agent listed in <br />the Declarations Page of this policy for the purposes of complying with such request. <br />All other terms and conditions of this policy remain unchanged. <br />102 Page 1 of 1 <br />
